The curriculum consists of 10 rotations each year which lasts approximately 5-6 weeks. Residents receive 3 weeks of vacation, 5 days of winter holidays, plus 2 personal days during each year of their training. In addition, time off is permitted for residents to attend and present at national conferences. Residents spend 1/2 day in the patient office which is a faculty-based practice with resident-run sessions under faculty supervision. - Benign Inpatient Gynecology (including 2 1/2 rotation Gyn Night Floats)
- Ultrasound
- Family Planning
- ICU (2 weeks)

- Urgent Care Clinic
- Faculty Practice Offices including in the Urogyn, Midlife, MFM, CAFD
Year 2 (10 residents)
- Obstetrics (2 rotations)
- Antepartum
- Gynecologic Oncology (2 rotations, 1 at Magee & 1 at UPMC Passavant)
- Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility
- Emergency Department (at Magee)
- Ambulatory Elective
- Ultrasound (including 1 week of Genetics)
- Benigh Inpatient Gynecology (includes 2 days/week at UPMC Hamot in the Urogyn OR and general Ob/Gyn services)
Year 3 (10 residents)
