Julie earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in Madison, WI., and then completed a Master of Science in Nursing from the Frontier School of Midwifery & Family Nursing in Hyden, KY. She is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives and has a special interest in STI treatments and research, vaginitis, and contraception.
